As a seasoned marketing professional and agency veteran, I have a vast experience in leading and managing agencies and inspiring leadership teams.
I work closely with shareholders, managing partners and other senior staff to achieve results, within a clearly defined timeframe with clear deliverables.

It is dominantly active in the FMCG, Retail, Fashion, Telecom and Leisure sectors. The relationships between an advertiser and its agencies are specific and require a tailored approach. Pitchresult has 150 agencies of all disciplines in its database; from start-up to the established.
Pitchresult invests 15 percent of its weekly available time in visiting existing and new agencies, with which there is always up to date knowledge of what is going on within an agency. This makes Pitchresult unique compared to its competitors. Pitchresult is the only Dutch pitch consultant to be a member of the global Adforum Council. This community of leading pitch consultants provides access to cooperation in other countries and access to data and expertise regarding contracting in the field of media and creative.

Co-founder Agency Engines
June 2023, Fred joined forces with specialists Melanie Butter, Bert Hagendoorn, and Sander Verhof, in the consultancy Agency Engines: ‘The Agency for Agencies’. The consultancy supports creative agencies as additional engines with the various challenges they face, for example strategy for growth, business development, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring the internal organization, (re)positioning projects, PR strategy and various forms of coaching.
